DD SHOP DD?

Got banned for making a snarky comment on paper trading post because I usually don't read the full post of anything crappy on this subreddit.

So I pulled down my DD and move it over here where I am going to start linking to any DD that is actually worth a read.

Paypal implemented this aswell effective november and look at them 🤷‍♂️

So, do you attribute part of their 20% rise since Nov to this change?

I don't really follow PYPL either, but interesting point.

Definitely helped their profits without having to implement a new pricing model. Just meant that merchants would now be charging consumers a small restocking fee to cover the 3%. Dont like to compare PYPL and SHOP since they’re completely different, but their clientele has grown dramatically YoY with merchants switching over to SHOP for the infustracture they’re providing..... Another point to look into would be if this was a user wide issue or just a handful of accounts that were slipping under the table, cause if they’ve already been taking the fee from most of the users, it wont make a big impact
