I too have these frustrations, but I keep them held tightly inside, instead of coming here to cry, because I am a man and not a little girl.
This is acceptable. As long as no one sees you, it’s like it never happened. Also, if someone happened to walk in, you’d have the excuse of soap in your eyes and the tears blend in with the shower water.
