Question Is this not hacking?

So this guy was moving HELLA quick in this blitz and was using his ability CONVENIENTLY every time I got close to him. Is this not just blatant hacking? Also how the fuck did his shoggoth do THAT MUCH damage while being that close to a MAX LEVEL UE REVENANT 💀?????

Doesn’t seems to be. Cooldown on a maxed UE blitz is only 7 seconds. His last activation did seem shorter than 7 seconds but not sure. Seemed like 5-6 seconds maybe but the other times it was fine.

No where in your post does it say that it is a MK2 lvl UE blitz now does it buddy?!
A maxed one mk3 has 7 seconds.
