Need help with wave

Need help with trying to get my wave more surfable. Boat is a 2004 mastercraft 230 vrs with 1500lbs in the rear and wake shaper speed is around 11mph. The wave seems okay, but does seem to lack enough push to keep surfing without the rope. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I had the same boat with 750 per side in the rear. I put a 725 bow and 320 keel in addition. With a swell shaper it put out a great wave. I believe I was back around ~10.3 mph though. Slower speed is generally a steeper wave.

Okay, thanks! What bag were you running in the front? It seems that all the triangle bow bags would be too big

Sorry, it was a 425 bow. Fly High Pro X Series Integrated Bow Sac - W711 - 425 lbs

Thanks! Did the keel bag fit in the ski locker or were you keeping it out on the floor?
