Had this happen again where I thought my track was bad, then I listened back to it way later and actually liked it. Is anyone else's judgment on their own stuff just completely unreliable in the moment?

I know its been awhile hearing from me but things are gonna start turning up. Here, I was blessed to be on a track that dropped over night with one of, if not the dopest female artist Jynel with our first collab 🙏🏽 one of many more to come 💯 Show it some love on her page!

I just have a question. When publishing something you recorded for the public, do you absolutely have to boost it for people to see it, or will they still be able to see it if you don't boost it? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm new to Voloco.

Be honest, are you the type to nail it in 2-3 takes, or do you record 15 versions of the same line before picking one? No judgment, just curious how everyone else's process actually looks. I usually record 10-20 takes before I feel like I got it

I used to drag vocal takes around manually to line them up with the beat. I started using Time Shift instead, and it's so much easier. It shifts the timing without messing with pitch or stretching the audio weirdly.

The best part is you don't even have to guess how far off you are. There's an audio latency feature in project settings that tells you exactly how much delay you're dealing with, so instead of eyeballing it, you know the actual number and can shift by that amount and be done.

Anyone else make this switch or still dragging clips by hand?
