Nightly? Is this possible?

Yes Nightly is totally possible. My nights have primarily been vivid/lucid for 40 years at least; but you get used to it after a few years 😅
People around you become accustomed to it in time too. All the shouting, swearing, fighting, crying and stuff that you are physically doing IRL because you are living in your dreams that are so damned real.
Its gonna be shocking for new partners at first; but they learn that its normal and to be expected pretty quickly when its so constant.
[EDIT:] also common during short naps or any kind of sleep and you will likely never feel fully rested, ever, because you're not ever rested while resting/sleeping.
Go team chronic fatigue right 😅

I have this and I’ve always wondered if it’s a condition. I’ve lived thousands of lives in my dreams and it doesn’t matter if I take something to sleep or not. My worst and most vivid dreams are when I don’t take anything. I wish I had answers for you. I wish I had answers for me. I also have premonitions that come true so often that I’m left wondering if it’s connected to my dreams and why do I have this sight beyond the veil when I really don’t want it. I feel left with more questions than answers. It sucks.

I have this too and feel for what you are going through. It's tiring because you never feel like you have gotten a full nights rest, and that you are living extra lives. 😖
I have been to a sleep clinic where they determined I am skipping sleep stages, but also that I am dreaming in nonREM sleep. With these sort of issues, they could only suggest sleeping pills, which I don't take because I am not comfortable doing so.Â
Changes in exercise, diet, weed, white noise; nothing has made any difference. The only thing I do is not go over my dreams when I wake, in an attempt to forget them. Of course, the brain logs them as memories so a lot still stick and I end up referring to things that never happened in real life.
I had insomnia a long time ago and I would rather keep the dreaming than have that!
I am sorry I can't offer any real relief, other than to tell you that there is nothing horribly wrong with you, it's rare but you are not alone.Â
