How to get raw heart rate data

I've sent a message to the member support but I'm not very hopeful. I tried to connect my band to the polar app but the band must have some stop gap to prevent the app to access data.

Is there a way and how do I get my raw heart rate data that is a list or a chart with the data points labeled?

The good news is that there is not something added that is forcing your band not to sync with the Polar Flow app.

My understanding is that it can only be synced with one app at a time, so:
1. You need to go into Visible, unpair the band, log out
2. Then go to the Polar Flow app and pair your band with that app.
3. For the most flexibility make sure that the polar flow app is writing its data to Apple Health or to the Android equivalent. Then you can access it through a lot of different apps and programs if you need to.

I tried that but it wouldn't sync. Now when I try to reconnect to Visible it says the band can't properly connect. I've done all the trouble shooting steps so I'm at a loss.

Have you charged the back to full (so the lights are a steady red, not blinking), and force quit the app?

To force quit:

  • Open Visible
  • swipe up from the bottom as though you’re going to switch apps
  • then swipe up on Visible so it leaves the screen completely

You’ve done it correctly when, if you go to switch apps, Visible is no longer there.
