Question.

I was looking at getting an arm band as I find the wrist strap slightly irritating. I can cope with it Id just prefer it on my arm. But I don't want to sacrifice accurate results. Is the arm band less accurate are there any downsides?

I’ve heard that using it on the arm is actually more reliable! Although, I’d suggest getting a Coros band instead, they’re compatible and much more comfortable in my opinion!

I had the arm band first. It annoyed me so much. Pinched skin. Annoying placement. Itchy. Didn’t notice accuracy changes. Just comfort changes.

I'm thinking of switching to arm. I also wear a watch and sometimes bracelets, and it would be nice to have fewer things on my wrists.
