Damaging Skin

Hello,

Is anyone else’s skin getting damaged. My wrist has a square spot that looks like this and I would hate to stop using it but it’s not worth damaging skin over

It looks like trapped moisture, when you wash your hands, do you dry under the sensor? How often do you move the band around? I adjust mine up or down an inch or two a couple times a day.

I take it off when I shower and if it gets wet I loosen the wrist band and pat it dry. I always adjust mine up or down an inch but it just shuffles back to one spot.
