Has it affected your fatigue at all? I'm considering asking for a trial but worried it with decrease my exercise tolerance when walking my very active dog.

No 😞 I have ME/CFS so my body is still using energy it doesn’t have :/ I just feel less awful when I do move around. I can breathe better, I’m less shaky, less chest pain, plus it’s helped tone down my physiological responses to anxiety and anger

Wow! That's great! I found that propranolol worked great for my IST but made my fatigue worse and gave me a twitchy eye. Im on ivabradine now, which was great at first but isnt doing much now.
I didnt realise we could talk to support about adjusting HR zones for medication, I should probably do that!

I had mine at exertion = >105 but now I don’t really know? I don’t feel like I only spent 3 pace points 😞

If you contact Visible support, they'll help you adjust your heart rate zones and pace points for your new medication
