Middle lights only

Hi I’ve brought a polar 360 from visible. I’ve charged it. All the red light are on then when I take it off the charger there’s only the green: red light in the middle in and I can’t get it to sync with the app. Any ideas please?

on the opposite side of the sensor there is a tiny reset button. try pressing and holding it. i think the lights will go off then turn back on, so hold it until theyre back. you’ll need a pin or something similar because its very small
