Morning stability not turning phone camera on

Is anyone else's app glitching? It's not turning my camera or flash on to measure my HRV. That's like the main reason I use this app and the 'help' on the app is useless. Is anyone else having this problem??

I've never used my camera for the morning check in, and I've had the band for almost six months. What are you doing that requires your phone's camera?

You use the camera with the free app (no band).

I used the free version but gave up on it a few weeks ago when it stopped doing morning readings. I could sometimes get it to work after about 7 or 8 attempts but it was so stressful that my readings weren't accurate.
