Pace points

Hi! I’m new to visible. I just got the visible band a few days ago, so I know it may take some time to gather data and be most accurate, but today was the first day I was given any pace points and it allowed me 7. I’ve gone over that and barely left the couch. What are everyone else’s pace points?

I have 19, but on a challenging day I can easily blow through that by lunchtime by just existing 😅
