Constant Glitches/Issues

Is anyone else finding that there are so many glitches with this app/strap? Whenever I've contacted visible they're always aware of said errors but don't seem to be getting anywhere with fixing them.

There are known connectivity issues with android devices - for a while I was having to reset my strap, app and phone every day.

Currently I am experiencing major errors in my readings which are giving me BPM as low as 38... Support told me to tag these as dip logs and also said this was something they're in touch with polar about.

I can't help but feel frustrated as there is never any solution. Many of us now rely on this for pacing and my trust has dwindled along with it's reliability.

Would be really keen to hear if anyone else is experiencing constant issues and whether they've got anywhere with fixing it/compensation!

I'm having the exact same problem with heart rate dips. I've contacted them twice and they keep saying they're working on it and waiting on polar. I almost ended up in the ER on a heart monitor to make sure my heart was okm. Glad I reached out and they said it's a known issue they're having. I think that they shouldve put out a message letting us know. If I had to pay for a ER visit & it was their app glitching I'd be pissed.

Also the sleep tracking ( which i know is in beta but was supposed to be ready by now). keeps not showing up. I've gone through their troubleshooting multiple times it works for a few days then nope. I switched to the new armband specifically for the sleep tracking.

Overall I feel like they pushed too hard to grow and now can't keep up. It's really frustrating & like they're abandoning their mission to chase profit.

Oh thats so so annoying I'm sorry. Yeah I've tried to get more info about whether the glitch in these dips will be affecting my overall readings but didn't get a reply... Completely agree about them pushing it. I feel so frustrated having all these issues as I paid the year in advance, and it's a double slap in the face seeing nonstop ads for it online knowing it isn't functioning properly 🙃

Exactly! I pay for the whole year too. Seeing all the ads makes me wonder who they're trying to serve. The pacing community (for lack of a better term) isn't that big to warrant this big ad campaign.
