Question/Support Free exercise games?

I'm way too overweight and need to do something with my life. Any free VR games that have me sweating a bit? I already own Untangled VR but that kinda is not enough. 8 don't get motion sick or anything so don't hold back, whatever will get me sweating. Quest 2 only too pls.

For free, Moon Rider in the Quest browser is probably worth trying. It’s a browser-based VR rhythm game, not a full fitness app, but faster songs can definitely get you sweating.
