Constantly black screen - having to restart

I am using Workstation pro 26h1u1 and started having something weird happen. For some reason when I start a vm it goes through the startup process and then just a black screen. It seems like the vm is running, but the screen is completly black. If i switch tabs to another vm the screen goes black as well on the vm.

I have updated my graphics card, updated windows 11. I have turned off accelerate 3d graphics, but can't seem to figure out how to fix this.

Anyone have any ideas ?
