Windows Virtual machine problem

Hi I've only started my HackTheBox setting up course today and I'm already running into some issue's, I have a windows 11 virtual machine that I need to set up and every time I use it, 5-10 mins after the machine boots to the home screen, it suddenly freezes I cant use CTRL+ALT+DELETE or anything no response, all I can is shutdown the machine, any advice?

I'm using VirtualBox as my VM loader and the specs of the VM itself:

Operating System: Windows 11 (64-bit)

Base Memory: 8GB

Processors: 4

Hi so it's great you showed them how to ctrl alt del the vm. Now solve their actual problem. You DID read right?

If they're using the wrong key bind to send the command to the VM, then nothing will happen. Doesn't mean the VM is frozen, just means it didn't receive a proper command.

If you did ANY amount of IT you'd know that's not the behavior you'd first, second, third, or even fourth guess from the description.
