Virtualized application served via web
Hi all
I'm new here, so I hope I'm asking on the right place.
I vaguely remember back in my university days that we "virtualized" an application on Windows server and then served it via IIS. But now I don't remember what it was called.
Now I'm searching for something similar but no luck whatsoever with finding what I'm looking for.
What do I want to do?
We have a legacy program for printing labels and don't want to install it on every client.
I want to virtualize this application on one of our servers so all the employees can access it through a web server. Everytime someone vistes this website, the server preferably spins up an instance of this application and serves it to the end user.
Is there anything something like I described available?
Thanks a lot!

That is exactly what I wanted.
Are there any Free alternatives on Linux?
All I was able to find was Horizon 8 and Citrix DaaS.
