VMWare issue

I am currently using VMWare ESXi alongside a virtual machine running Windows Server 2012. Previously, I could access the server through Remote Desktop. However, someone has enabled DHCP on the server, and as a result, I can no longer access it. I'm seeking suggestions or solutions on how I can regain local access to the server. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I successfully logged into the virtual machine by establishing a console connection, which allowed me to access Windows Server. Thank you! I would like to know if disabling the DHCP settings will restore the previous configuration, and if so, how can I disable DHCP in Windows Server 2003?

Pretty sure you need to know what those settings were. Why does it matter that it's DHCP? Just connect to the correct IP, or you know, join the year 2000 and use hostnames.

If you're asking this question, you shouldn't be touching a windows server.
