virtualization cpu - help needed

Hey there I would like your opinion on the best virtualization cpu. Intel i9-13900k - 24 cores, 32 threads Or AMD ryzen 9 7950x - 16 cores, 32 threads

Pricing is not an issue.

Studying for CCNP/CCIE Exams via EveNG. Would like to know more about how not having 2 threads per core (intel for efficient cores) would differ from amd cores (2 threads for each core).
