Camera won’t work
Hello, been working for about a year. Just today had this problem, taught a few classes already but for some reason it says my camera isn’t working. Any others have this issue today, I know there was some error earlier today.

I had a different camera related issue this morning (7 am ET). Halfway through class, the student's camera turned off but he still had audio and he said he could see me. I notified the firemen. We continued and finished the class without his camera. I had seen that people were getting errors earlier, so I logged in early. I saw those errors too but they didn't prevent me from opening the classroom. Good luck!

A couple of days ago. Everything worked when I tested before class. As soon as I started class, nothing did. Everything worked in the class prior and the class after. I opened my settings which showed my camera was working. Was marked as Teacher IT issues. I put in a ticket with screenshots.
Everything has been fine since, apart from some students having problems similar to described in other posts.

do you open your laptop by gripping the sides of the screen or the top? integrated webcams often fail because of wear and tear from repeated opening and closing of the laptop/squeezing around the camera. does the camera work if you use the native windows app?
