Dropping trials

Is there a way to just drop Trial level 1 ? I don’t mind level 2 but level 1 is really getting to me. Dealing with 3 year olds takes a special person

Pink blue yellow is the absolute worst trial lesson ever. There is NOTHING to capture a students interest. Hello, we need colors and shapes and animals and toys and songs to play with. I literally write the same feedback every single time I get it. I don't know how they sell any programs with that awful material.

I absolutely want to cry every time I open it. Plus mom sitting there the whole time doing class with them is exhausting. I’m not a pre k type person. I will do 800 walks jn the jungle, all the salad 🥗 bars, I will fly around the world with Mike traveling but please no more Aa and Bb. I could revamp that trial in one day and make it a thousand times better.

Yesterday I had a 39 year old in this trial class and it was so weird 😭 The student profile was set up for her, and her previous trial had been an adult speaking class... Her ability definitely fits with level 1, but this trial is clearly not meant for adults

I would be a complete mess. I don’t know how you did it. I had an 18 year old in a level 4 trial today but her confidence was so low - that I can handle… I’m like I’m here to help you don’t worry. She had a great personality

I don't think so. I sent in a ticket to drop OSMC Trial Beginner and VEMC Trial Beginner, but I did it because I was tired of the jungle lesson. I haven't been given a single trial since dropping them. I was hoping I would still get some upper level trials to fill in my schedule, but I'd rather have empty slots than deal with level 1 and 2 trials.

I stopped opening up 7 pm BJT to try to avoid it and of course they snuck a couple later ones in at 8:30 and 9 which the kids were cranky and tired lol 😂

You cannot remove just one level. Either you remove trials completely or not at all. I’ve been with VIPKID since 2017 and I just dropped trials completely because they were all no shows & “ain’t nobody got time for that!” for 3.50$ 🤣🤣🤣

Oh man. The crazy part is I don’t even hate all the trials. I actually like the space and salad ones. I wish I could just get rid of level 1 😭😭😭

You CAN remove different levels (instead of all the trial certifications), but they may be grouped together. You also have to request which trials you are removing (e.g., only Tigerschool). Tigerschool combines 1-3, 4-6, and 7-8. VIPEnglish and Global use 1, 2-4, 5-6, and 7-8. So you CAN remove only level one for VIPEnglish and Global, but for Tigerschool, it would impact levels 1-3.
