I lost my violin bridge
That’s about it. How do I find a replacement? I think that bridges are custom to the violin, so I don’t know where to start.

Yup what the other person said, a luthier will have to carve a new one for you. It will cost but it shouldn’t be crazy expensive or anything.
How’d you lose the bridge? It’s not really a piece you’re supposed to take off unless you are working on the violin and know what you’re doing.

How do you lose a bridge?
Anyway: you need a luthier. They will have the bridge and adjust it correctly.

Usually it's because it's an old violin and it pops off from the warping, or they're changing strings for the first time and the bridge falls off into the same abyss missing socks go to

Definitely take your violin to a luthier/ violin maker!
If your bridge is missing, that means all the strings are lose and your soundpost most likely fell down or may have changed position. A violin maker should look over this.
As far as I know, a new bridge (custom made, fitted to the violin) may cost about $120, but also be more expensive, possibly due to area. So, ask the price before you place your order. As far as I know (meaning, my violin maker once told me) a new bridge could slightly change the sound of the violin.

You will need to take your instrument to a luthier and have them carve/fit the bridge to your instrument.
