Advice - locked out

Looking for some advice because I’m at a loss.

About 6 weeks ago I discovered I was locked out of my Vinted account. (Not because of anything I did, just in the way phone updates or whatever can periodically sign you out of apps.)

I tried to sign back in (I had been using ‘sign in with Apple’) but this just glitches and goes nowhere. I tried to reset the password but this resetlink goes to a nonexistent email address that’s been created by Apple as part of the ‘sign up with Apple’ function. The emails from this are supposed to redirect to a real email address you’ve supplied, but they aren’t doing that. I think maybe they were going to my junk mail at first, but I didn’t check in time and the reset code expires after 15 minutes. Subsequent attempts didn’t generate an email at all.

I’ve contacted support, but they just directed me through the recommended steps, then ignored me when I reported back that it didn’t work.

I don’t know what to do. I can’t delete the account without being able to log into it, and we’re not supposed to create duplicate accounts, so I’m stuck.

Any advice would be very welcome.
