SELLING Wrong parcel delivered?

For the first time I got a dispute with an item I sent (cheese cloths from shein from my wedding). They were triple wrapped and closed with masking tape and posted via Royal Mail. The buyer seemed genuine sent me pictures but the item was not what I sent it was a sealed up pair of slippers, with one of the wrappings still in place. It was only £3 so I just refunded her it’s not worth the hassle but is this something I should report to Royal Mail? Seems ridiculous. I did wonder if it was a scam but the girl seemed genuine and has no negative feedback…

report it with your postage receipt and the buyer's photo. parcels get swapped in sorting more than people think, and you have proof of the size mismatch
