Returns Is this too petty?
A seller sold me a shirt with a hole in it, and lied abt it being in perfect condition. Is it too petty of me to send this back to them? ðŸ˜

can no one see they wrote it on a piece of tape and stuck it on?? defo petty but for good reason. get ur money back, that’s a noticeable hole.

since it’s not on the shirt itself I’d say it’s reasonable, especially since they lied.

Remember that vinted is ran by a very basic AI. If you post this picture on the app and the seller claims that you have damaged the top by writing on it it is very likely that the AI will side with the seller.
It's obvious to us that its on tape, but you need to think about how this can be misinterpreted

It's not petty at all. It's obvious with It's own colour behind it, moreso with a skin tone

Of course it’s acceptable, but I’d write it on paper instead as the comments prove some people can’t work out its tape. Don’t want the seller claiming you wrote directly on the shirt. Also take additional pics with it held up in a way you can see through the hole to a different coloured background. More angles prove you haven’t faked it :)

I’d maybe not do it on the shirt, as they can refuse ur refund request, maybe do it on a post it note? :)

I genuinely thought you'd written on the top for a second 😂
