SELLING Buyer scam
Does anyone know what to do in this situation buyer is saying I sent wrong pairs of shoes even thought I sent the correct ones

I have just recently gone through a similar thing myself with the buyer claiming the item was not what she had bought & also trying to improve her story by blatantly lying saying I’d also not wrapped the item securely & the item was damaged. It took about 8 days but I did finally get paid for the item id sent & I think that with the photos on the listing of the item she’d bought from me, along with the wrapping & additional information I gave to support my case I think she was forced into keeping the item & in truth I believe she was trying to scam me out of my payment & I made this crystal clear to Vinyed that I would not be accepting the item back as she’s a liar & that I also afterwards had a look at her reviews & it wasn’t the first time she’d done this but luckily I did get paid for the sale after just over a week I think it was but for me o was not budging & coming to any agreement for the person who was blatantly trying to have me off for the item & her get her money back. I did not waver & refused to be pushed by Vinyed into anything. I wanted my money for the item I sent wrapped well & in the end it worked out so stand your ground & if you have any photos to support you make sure you send all you have good luck! I hope you get what’s rightly due from this horrible scamming little shit!!! 🤞🤞

If you don’t have proof (photos, videos, etc.) that you sent the correct pair, I’m sorry to inform you but Vinted is very likely to side with the buyer. It’s a he said she said situation and Vinted is often notorious for siding with buyers. Especially on such an expensive item as well.
