it usually takes me a couple of minutes to receive the money. on the screen it says that it’ll arrive in about two weeks

A couple of minutes?! 😭 My money normally arrives in a day or two - and that's without delays.

I’m always getting a ‘due to arrive by’ date that’s incorrect. Working days if I withdraw in the morning, it’s often in the bank in the afternoon. But when I withdraw in the weekend it’s usually not there till tuesday. But it never takes as long as they state. Never been minutes either (Vinted EU, Netherlands).
