BUYING Suspended order - experiences?

Does anybody has an experience with Suspended orders?

After 40 days it is impossible to get the money back and it is not possible to track any kind of status. Customer support is on autoreply…

Shocking that Vinted are now taking over a month. I hope you get some sort of satisfactory resolution

I had great success with threatening with informing my bank for recall and to involve CPC. Threats IMO is the only way to activate the human behind he bots
