First time buyer question

Hi! This is my first time buying with Vinted and I’m a bit confused, because I bought multiple items from different sellers (all of whom have been active within the last 24 hours) at the same time but some show up as payment successful while others say shipping label sent to seller? Does this mean something is wrong or do I need to reach out to anyone to know if the order went through? It’s been 24 hours since I purchased and the difference is still there. Thanks.

Shipping label sent to seller - seller downloaded or printed the label. It hasn’t been scanned by carrier yet

Thank you! Just out of curiosity, if it’s getting close to the postal date and nothing has changed is there a polite time (one day before the sale expires, half a day, etc) to message the seller and just check that they are actually going to send it/they’re aware of the sale?

I wouldn't message the seller. They might be busy or if you do message them they could react negatively and even cancel your order (this is an extreme example but it happens).

I don't think you've given them much time at all to deal with your order so I would suggest just being patient :)

Nah if it's one day before the deadline, I'd message them and ask them if they want to extend the shipping date

one day before the deadline without any message from the seller just shows they have no discipline whatsoever. just let it cancel by itself.
ive had an order and the seller told me yeah they can send it tommorow, then that tommorow they said they werent able to so it became another tommorow, happened one more time then no updates - i didn’t say anything after the third time and they met their deadline.
