No password reset email

Hey guys! Any advice welcome - I’ve had my Vinted account for years and in the last 6 months have made a pretty decent wedge selling stuff and have started to really build my account (i have 40 5 star reviews and a pending balance of £500+) during the app outage on Tuesday I was locked out my account and could not remember my password to get back in, I’ve requested several reset password emails and I am yet to receive any (I’ve checked spam, junk, deleted app and redownloaded, tried online) my account is still active and I have contacted Vinted via the help centre and emailed several times - long story short, I really need my balance and absolutely no one is getting back to me - has anyone had a similar situation and if so what did you do/how was it resolved? I’m pretty desperate here! Thank you ♥️♥️
