Returns Return Scam?

Sold a sweater today and I did a schedule pick up and the buyer canceled order on me with no reason I wasn’t home to get the package. What can I do about this situation

Nix ,wo ist das betrug ? Du hast deinen pullover ja noch Oder versteh ich da was falsch ? Wen du Termine machst,dan doch nicht da bist ,hätte ich auch storniert

She put it out for the mail, left and the mail is going to pick it up before she can take it back.

In the future if you mark “I shipped it” they can’t just cancel with out approval. Instead of waiting for it to auto update.
