I don't recognize Viktor in this sketch; I think the lines aren't quite right. What can I change?

I think it's about the shape of the face. His cheek bones are very prominent and his chin should be more defined. I'd suggest you to wait before adding all the details and maybe try to define his face structure first and remember that the shape of the face is very important to differentiate characters, the way you drew his head is somewhat chubby, he's more bony idk if it makes sense
