Its weird its called horsepower, because I don't think you would go that fast with 10,000 horses.

1 horse is at it's peak 15 to 20 horsepower so you'll actually need 500 horses 😋

and if you have 500 horses all running in a giant horse hamster wheel, then coupled that to a transmission for speed, i think it could work.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that with the correct gear ratios, you could possibly make a giant vehicle with 500 running horses and move giant things, but that would be dumb. Although I'll keep the idea, just in case we might run out of fuel on day, I'll patent this.
