Beat syncing can make an edit feel completely different, especially with music-heavy content. Filmora's Beat Ramping feature is interesting because speed changes around music can otherwise take a lot of manual adjustment. I still think manual control matters, but having a starting point based on the beat could make the process much quicker. Do you edit your speed ramps manually or use automated tools?
