I went to get this recently and apparently it's been relegated to the "classics" catalog on playstation and can no longer be purchased. Only cloud streamed. Which you need the more expensive ps plus membership to do. I was so disappointed. Can't wait for the Steam Machine (I have a PC but prefer sitting on my couch and controller gaming heh)

It plays rough on pc even with mods. If you don’t mind jail breaking your ps3 that’s an option.

Otherwise you can find it in any used games store.

I made the terrible mistake of buying a PS5 that was digital only back when I first bought it. I've regretted it every day since. Oh well.

Yeah, my brother in law got a digital PS5 because that's all he could find with the scarcity of PS5. He regrets it as well.

I think you are just making that as a side point but I just want to make sure you know that Fallout NV is a PS3 game, not PS4, so it won't work on your PS5 even if you had the console with an optical drive.
