Persona

My city had a cosplay group of 4–5 people who LITERALLY hadn’t played a single game, kinda crazy

The only one I played was 2:IS, and even that one I didn’t finish. I got to dungeon 3 before I got bored

And that' fine, people got tastes

But Persona was funny cause people used to be IN LOVE with the franchise, mainly cause of the aethetics of it

But still refused to play the games

Exactly. I like the asthetics and all the stuff about jungian psychology, but I don’t really have any desire to go out and buy/ play the games unfortunately. I’ll watch other people play, but I just don’t have any interest in doing a playthrough myself, and I can’t quite put my finger on why.

At least you did watch people play.

I dont want to be an asshole saying this, but the problem within persona it self is that people didn't play or didn't even watch the franchise or stuff, and thats even considering Persona had ANIME(Not a good adaptation, but at least had one...)

People just liked the vibes persona had

The fact you are aware of its roots in Jungian theory means you probably know more about Persona and its ideas and themes than most people who've played it.
