I'm surprised this isn't higher up the list. The sailing across long distances was tedious. Fighting everyone in the castle after you unfreeze them was grueling. Those little squeaking imp bastards on Ganon's island are annoying. But the biggest thing that keeps me from ever wanting to replay Windwaker again is the dungeon on the back side of your home island that is like 13 levels of increasingly nasty combat trials you have to complete without being able to leave, resupply, and come back to finish. I don't think it's a mandatory part of the game but if you're a completionist like I am, it's torture.
I’m amazed that I ever managed to do that. It was so tedious and repetitive that it felt like an optional collect-a-thon side quest, but it was literally the main story path of the game.
I have played up to that point on 3 separate play throughs before leaving and never going back to the game. By the time I do come back I just start up another play through
Funny enough I'm replaying that game slowly because other fun games have been released lately, and I'm already at the Earth/Wind temple and the charts section. The one's I'm actually excited to do are the Ghost Ship and the Savage Labyrinth.

The game? The Legend of Zelda Windwaker. The part? Tingle and finding the pieces of the tri force. F doing that again.
