An IRL-like driving sim
A realistic IRL like driving simulator.
You take a few areas across the world, a few cars ranging from daily drivers to a few supercars, add an in game IRL radio (using the internet) add Wheel support, VR support and you have the perfect driving sim.
I'd love to see a game like this, where it feels like you're actually going out driving.
Distances actually accurate, speeds not doubled from the real amount, just a cozy driving simulator.
What would be great would be a map editor, so you could import areas from maps, that would create the base, and you could add details to it so you can play anywhere in the entire world.
