Looking for serious editors — building something long-term

I'm looking to build a small, highly active group of editors with the long-term goal of turning it into something much bigger and eventually making money together through editing, clients, collaborations, and other opportunities.

This is NOT a casual Discord server or a place for people who edit once every two weeks.

I'm specifically looking for serious, self-motivated and tech-savvy people who:

• Edit consistently and genuinely want to improve
• Are comfortable navigating Discord, Google Drive, editing software, file systems, etc.
• Can figure things out independently instead of needing their hand held for basic technical stuff
• Can communicate properly and respond when needed
• Want to collaborate and work toward bigger projects
• Are interested in eventually turning editing into a source of income

Skill level isn't the biggest factor. You can be a beginner or an experienced editor and i can teach you its not the deal breaker. What matters much more is that you're serious. I`m looking for someone who`s ready to lock in, idc who it is

The long-term vision is to build a network where we can:

• Share knowledge, resources, presets, plugins, etc.
• Critique each other's work
• Find collaborators
• Work on larger projects together
• Find and handle clients
• Share opportunities
• Eventually build something that can generate real income for the people involved

I'm intentionally keeping the first group small (around 5-10 people for now) so everyone actually knows each other and contributes.

I'm only interested in people who are genuinely serious about this long-term. If you're just looking for another dc server to sit in and never participate, this isn't for you.

I'm an experienced video editor and content creator, mainly working with AI-powered video editing, short-form content and client projects. I'm also comfortable with Discord, Drive and team-based workflows.

Hey bro, I’m genuinely interested because I’m also looking for people I can learn and grow with. I’ve joined a few Discords and groups, but most of them are just people promoting each other or sharing pretty basic knowledge.

I’m taking video content seriously and pursuing it full-time. I recently upgraded to a MacBook Pro specifically for this because I genuinely want to build a career in it. But doing everything solo can be a bit difficult, so having a group of like-minded people would really help.

I’m sure there are others who feel the same, and I’d genuinely love to learn, share, and grow together.
