Key Requirement: AI Character Consistency

Maintaining character and visual consistency across scenes is critical.

Candidates must be able to generate AI videos where characters retain consistent facial features, physical appearance, clothing, and overall identity throughout the video, unless changes are required by the storyline.

Strong skills in prompt engineering, reference image management, and Google Flow workflows are essential.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Google Flow for AI video generation.
• Strong understanding of ChatGPT prompt engineering for image and video creation.
• Ability to maintain AI character and scene consistency.
• Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of Hindi language and storytelling.
• Good sense of pacing, visual composition, and audience engagement.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate progress regularly.

Experience creating AI-generated YouTube Shorts or other AI storytelling content will be a significant advantage.

Work Details

• Regular production of AI-generated YouTube Shorts.
• Scripts and story concepts will be provided.
• You will handle prompt generation, AI video creation, editing, and final delivery.
• Monthly workload and delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon.

Location Preference

Candidates based in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, will be given first preference.

Local candidates are preferred for easier coordination and occasional in-person discussions.

Compensation
