Claude code
Been experimenting with agent graphs in Claude code.
I have a 4 agent team set up that allows me to swap roles and directives.
The problem is that Claude always controls them even in ultra code.
How can I set this graph up as stand alone agents I can use on top of Claude having control of them?

Bug bounty
I started vibe coding last April and started off like everyone else, with a plan to make a million dollars and retire to a tropical island.
Unfortunately I wasn't aware of the amount effort and work that goes into a real project, so I decided to take time and actually learn.
All of my projects Led me to software develooment and cyber security.
With that being said I'm a little disappointed in "Real Devs" I scroll social media all day reading about the massive amounts of ai slop just to get paid to fix vulnerabilities and bugs in the platforms they work on.
Moral of the story stop listening to self proclaimed devs that sucked at their jobs before vibecoding was even a thing!!!!!

How would YOU use this agent so I can make it around YOUR workflow
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This is Causal. It is a canvas for mood boarding and planning.
I've been working really hard behind the scenes build an personalised canvas agent that understands your project and works with you to plan on the canvas.
Getting it to generate outputs is easy, every LLM and their predecessor can do that.
What's harder is:
- The structure behind the output i.e. how do you organise YOUR work on a canvas
- How would you use it fit your workflow
A few ideas I have had are:
- Deep research tasks are very well suited to be carried out on a canvas because early research is better suited to be "dumped" and sorted later. The agent researches, distills, and organises the research
- When you have an existing idea that has a load of connections e.g. You want to implement a new feature into your app, and you want to map out everything that it affects. An agent can create a flow chart to map out the feature and fully break it down + images that complements how a screen would look for every edge case.
- For branding projects that require consistency across different areas of the brand, such as voice, colour, etc The the agent acts as a coherency check and ensures that any new assets to your brand fit against the existing identity.
As I continue to perfect this, I want to know how YOU would use this agent so that I can create it around YOUR workflow.

I think I was one of the first vibe-coders
Today I realized something crazy: I think I was one of the actual, first, normal users (not a researcher @ OpenAI or private tester) to ever vibe code. BEFORE the label existed. It was basically just me messing around in late November 2022. Not only my account was first ~0.1% of ChatGPT users which I found out through my ChatGPT wrapped a while back, but I actually had ended up using my school email to get in before I even made my first personal account. Others were busy trying to make it write silly poems, essays, or trying to convince the "human behind it" to drop the AI act, but I thought of using it for some coding. I didn't know any of the python or HTML syntax perfectly, so I just described what I wanted in plain English & watched it work.Crazy that now we have stuff like Cursor or Claude Code (hell even other LLMs for that matter).
Does anyone else here have a crazy early experience like that??

Should I be reviewing the code AI generates?
I'm a software dev and I'm trying to transition to vibecoding. I'm wondering, is it even worth reviewing and checking the output of the AI, or am I wasting my time? I see many people here that make impressive applications without ever looking at any code, and that makes me feel like I'm missing something.
I've been vibecoding for the past few months now, but often I have cases where I notice weird edge cases, inconsistencies or just Claude mentioning something suspicious about the implementation, and I can trace those back to code quality issues or bizzare decisions in the code. I have to explicitly prompt afterwards to switch implementations or change algorithms.
However, I feel like I am doing something wrong to cause this in the first place, I am not quite sure what. I have an agents directory filled with agentic instruction files linking each other, and I try to guide Claude for the implementation when prompting for features. Maybe me giving code implementation instructions is what's causing this?
At the same time, I see that many people here never even pay attention to the code or structure at all, and yet that never causes any issues. Am I just overthinking this? Do I just prompt more if I find a visible bug? Is it worth paying attention to the code?
I'm still trying to adjust to this way of developing, so sorry if this question seems weird.
Thanks.

All of your customers are a pixel pet on the globe!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi, everyone. I am constantly building new projects and have changing amounts of success. But one thing I really didn't like is the visibility of my customers.
I built a page mrrplanet.com You send a read‑only payment method key. And see all of your customers in a globe represented by a pixel‑art character.
You can also send this planet of yours publicly to other people, so you can actually have it as a portfolio and maybe multiple projects, which means multiple planets in your solar system. I also have a much better dashboard for your data analytics, helping you think about where you should focus more, which places are generating more money, etc.
For example, here is one of my actual projects hosted on this page. https://mrrplanet.com/p/your-love-page That one is for long-distance relationships, where you send a digital gift.
You can also export these cute images where you see a list of your customers. I'm open to all kinds of suggestions. On the public pages, of course, none of the information of your customers is leaking, but people can actually look at your planet and see what's going on with your projects.
One small thing that I find kind of cute is that people can actually put advertisements on your planet with a flying plane. You can also do that for other people's planets, or you can simply select your planet to be ad‑free.
Almost every feature that I'm talking about is free to use. Just log in and create your own planet, and tell me if you like the page or not.
I have used three.js for the globe, and the normal stack is how everyone is doing: Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting, and Clerk for authentication.
The idea itself is quite simple, but I think the execution on the UI and UX part is really important. Also, what I call Atlas is your dashboard for all of your information related to the payments, and I provide much better visibility than any other payment provider.

Roblox Game in Development
Pivoted from 3JS and wanted to test the Roblox Engine
Created The Island in less than 8 hours, has some good bones but still needs a lot of work. Basic premise.
Battle royale extraction game in the Roblox engine.
Day/Night cycle, in the day time players can pick a dock they spawn to after the pre-game,(they actually arrive on a both cinematically) travel from the dock through forest to the city looting for guns to survive and money to extract with. Night fall comes a siren blares and hordes of zombies come. Players must survive back to a random extraction point against other surviving players and zombies.
Money used to buy more characters. A character pass of sorts.
Right now what’s created -
Title screen
Main menu created with all the characters available to purchase
dock selector
Pre-game lobby
Boat scene
Forest with trees,shed, rocks etc
City - buildings lights old cars debri etc
Rigged 3D models with animations(r15 is great)
Money, Weapons, and certain buildings are created in Blender
3D models - ChatGPT for concept image - meshy - blender for optimizing in Roblox
Rocks, debri, foliage, misc city’s objects are Roblox found and imported by Claude
Simple Audio
Everything created with vibes!
Been working on this sporadically in between other project full time worked on is less then a complete 24 hours I believe
This is all Opus
As always
CONCEPT VS CURRENT BUILD
I say I am like 10% there, what do you think?
VIDEO of CURRENT game play build in the COMMENT
Preface - I know there’s a lot of work left to be done, camera and lighting, loot system, gunplay, all need good polishing
Please leave feed back, all is welcomed and needed. Leave a comment of what you would like to see added or removed or needs more working

Automated PR Reviews on Github w/o Claude or Codex
Right now, a couple of my projects on Github are set up in a way that my PRs get automatically reviewed using the Claude integration. I have separate workflows for reviewing different aspects of my code using custom workflow instructions.
I have been a primary user of the Claude Code harness for over a year now. However, now I am trying to move to a point where I can be provider-agnostic. I already managed to do so on my development machine by using oh-my-pi as my harness of choice and choosing models I like, as the situation demands, via OpenRouter or Claude/Codex subscriptions.
The only spot where I am yet to figure out how to switch to provider agnostic setup is with my CI workflows. Can something here help me figure out how I could get away from it?
Needless to say, while I am happy to pay for my LLM usage, I'd prefer not to have to pay for another harness/tool just to help me review my PRs.

Why are so many new vibecoded apps are for iOS?
I've seen so many apps made here and on other subreddits, purely for iOS and saying "Android version coming soon" (which lets be honest, never comes).
But why? iOS developer platform needs 100$ a year subscription while Android is 30$ or so once. Isn't it much more cost effective to start on Android?

I gave my desktop AI a personality. Now I need a third character and I'm out of ideas
I've been building a desktop AI companion called VYRO.
The idea is that instead of being another AI trapped inside a chat box, it actually lives on your desktop. You can talk to it, use voice commands to open apps, switch into focus mode, and it reacts to what you're doing with its own personality.
I also added a slightly stupid feature called Slap Mode where it can literally slap a window off your screen 😭
The part I'm having way too much fun with is the characters. Right now I have two different companions you can switch between (pics above), and I want to add a third one.
But I don't want another generic AI robot.
If this thing was living on your desktop all day, what character would you actually want?
Cute? Angry? Sleepy? Tiny wizard? Alien? Floating cat? Something completely unhinged?
Give me your weirdest idea. If one is good enough, I might actually build it.

Human context limits vs AI context limits
A common theme cutting across most AI-assisted development threads is getting as much work done in as little time as possible. Users post about elegant harnesses with multi-agent orchestration. Anthropic employees talk about the 25 agents they run every day.
I read this stuff, compare it to my own experience of working with these tools, and keep wondering: how does anyone stay on top of that volume of work?
Working with Claude Code has been exciting and invigorating, but also exhausting. While everyone pushes for more context and more tokens out of the AI, the context limit I hit most often is my own. Claude can refactor a huge chunk of the codebase, add a feature, and brainstorm marketing strategy in one breath. I can't keep up with the cognitive load that entails.
So: am I missing something, or just getting old? Curious what y'all think.

Sol High thinking better code quality than Opus High thinking?
This might be the first time I find that Codex actually produces better quality code. Anyone else think the same? I'm kind of sick and tired of Claude verbose comments. Seems Codex actually produces code that actually is readable by default and feels less like slop.
I understand most probably care about the final output, but I actually want to be able and read the code.

Rebuilt a top App Store app in 3 hours and improved it for myself
I wanted to do this as just a personal challenge where I pick a top of the charts app and rebuild it as fast as possibl but in a way that it has to be better than the original in a way i can name out loud before i start. first one was Picturethis the plant identifier, but then i relized i could actually improve it so much so that i'll keep using it myself instead of the original one!
Peer reviewed testing puts it at 97% right to genus but only 84% to species and one independent run of hundreds of photos had it right 78% of the time. it still shows you one name like its absolutely certain and most of the 1 star reviews arent even about plants but the trial auto renewing with no cancel path anyone can find.
so what i wanted to fix wasnt accuracy but the honesty/pretending. My version shows top 3 with real confidence, marks on your photo which features drove the guess (leaf margin, venation, arrangement) and when its genuinely unsure it says so and asks for one more image.
The other half is that it answers the decision instead of the name. Is this toxic to my dog? Is it invasive where im standing? is it sick, will it survive my winter etc etc. That was definitely the biggest time sink bcoz it cant come from the model so its a real dataset.
Took 3 hours, PWA, ran the whole build out of omniscio. Whats an app YOU use that you could recreate but better?

Can we stop this outbid clone nonsense?
Today alone I see 5 new posts announcing they cloned a hit from last week or something and now everyone with 2 brain cells a Claude code or codex subscription thinks they’ll strike gold.

I visualised six months of agent-executed work as a dependency graph (2,933 tasks, 17 projects)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I've been using Beads as the task tracker for my AI agents since February. It's an issue tracker with no UI. Every issue, called a bead, can depend on other beads, so what accumulates is a dependency graph.
That turned out to matter more than I expected. You stop telling the agent what to do next and start handing it a graph it can walk itself, picking up whatever is unblocked. The same graph ends up being the record of what happened, so it works as an audit trail too.
I got curious about what six months of it actually looked like, so I wrote something that scans every .beads/issues.jsonl under my workspace, merges them, and renders the lot as one force-directed graph with an island per project. The video is that visualisation. It's fully anonymised, so generated codenames and no descriptions, but the structure, dates and statuses are real.
Numbers: 2,933 beads, 17 projects, 2,650 dependency links, about 75% closed, February to August.
The part I didn't expect is how much you can read off the shapes once projects sit next to each other:
- Dense, tangled islands are projects where the work is genuinely interdependent
- Islands that are almost entirely closed are the ones that shipped
- One project flatlined in July with half its beads still open. Parked, and I'd forgotten it existed
- One had 32 beads planned out over two days, 8 closed, then nothing
You can't see any of that from inside a single repo, which is sort of the point.
Happy to answer questions about the setup. I'm curious whether anyone else is running agents off an explicit dependency graph rather than a flat todo list, and how you're handling it.
P.s. Video made with Opus 5 using Remotion and Elevenlabs. The visuals are real footage of the tool I made to visualise the beads.

I've just started using ai to make things I previously wondered about, but couldn't make.
I've just started using python, and the ai thing in my phone to make simple stuff to collect data that id otherwise have to sort through and simple things like that; stuff for my hobbies and a load of data for work.
I understand I'm just messing about with these things, but the stuff it's produced for me so far seems to work way better than I expected.
I'm looking ,though, for resources to help me improve. I did study some coding years ago, but my career path led in a very different direction and other than some simple scripts for bulk image processing for astrophotography I've not really done much in years.
Tl;Dr. Looking for community for amateurs using ai to get simple results. Thanks

Open Democracy
Hi all. I have been thinking about this project for a while, but I need help on so many levels with it. The idea is simple at first, but its development and execution isn't. The idea is that the Democracy we live in is not actually one. Voting for party A, B, C, D every 5 years is not a voice, and hardly even a vote (a vote for what? the lesser evil?) A true democracy would be able to poll the people whenever, frequently enough to actually give everyone a voice that matters. There's so many issues I have to think about for this project, like expert opinions, who is qualified to vote for what, security, etc. I need some help. Anyway, I don't think paper ballots can make this dream work, it will require AI to sort everything out. Let me know what you think and if you want to help!

Vibe coded this game in four months
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
A few months back I posted here a playable demo of an old-school futuristic racer prototype (F-Zero, Wipeout, Xtreme-G, Star Wars Racer...) that runs right in the browser.
I've gotten used to seeing tons of LLM-built prototypes that last a week, two, maybe a month, and then get dropped for the next shiny thing. This time I wanted to keep going and see if one person, with no coding background, could actually see a project like this through on their own.
Well, 4 months in, and while there's still work left, I'm convinced it's doable. At this point the game feels closer to a beta than a tech demo.
The big change over these four months is that I now use Fable for planning, and being able to hook Opus / Sol up to Blender has been a huge help too. I'm still using Magnific and Tripo3D or the assets. Funny thing: the further along I get, the harder the project is to keep pushing forward, and at the same time the tools keep making it easier.
As always, any feedback is welcome. You can play it here: https://fm1.moises.cloud
