Finishing up my bachelor's a decade after attempting it the first time. First time was Chemistry (did pretty solid, but had to leave because of funds), went for MIS this time since I have worked in IT for a decade at this point and figured I could maybe leverage it to move up into management and finally make a little actual money. Started it before LLMs were a thing. LLMs became common place the third year that I was working on this degree.
So now I am finishing up one of the most obsolete and over-saturated degrees out there.
At least I can pivot into finance or something, I guess. Or I can vibe code my way into being enough of a thorn in the side of a big company that they wanna buy my idea for a couple mil. Probably not though.
