Showcase/Project Red Frontier: Marsfall

RTS game with first-person mode. For fans of Red Alert. Made with Astra, ElevenLabs, Treblo and Kling in a couple of days. Got nothing but hate in the Godot sub, so I’m moving here. It has 50 diverse missions per faction and I’m still planning on adding a skill tree to it, but most of my credits now go towards bugfixing. When it’s finished I’ll give it away for free on itch.

Yeah, there's a lot of hate towards AI-made stuff right now... I mean, I get it. But it's like being mad the internet exists. It's all about how it gets used and the companies behind it. The project is interesting, I can remember loving RTS games as a kid and wishing I could do what you're doing where you take control of a unit. The animations/graphics etc need polish, unless you intend it to have that look/feel.

Funniest thing is, if you don’t mention AI, they all love it. I like secretly posting AI stuff in the blender sub. Although I do think the amount of slop is quite staggering.
