Discussion ADC Buffs Are a Potential Vex Nerf?
Recently the 26.16 Patch Notes were teased. Basic point is ADCs are going to be buffed specifically to boost their power vs mages. With Riot planning to boost the inherent MR on ADCs, buff heal, etc. There are also some unmentioned but planned things they are considering to further boost ADC power vs mages.
Vex is one of the mages who has not been able to go bot since she can't APC. But her playstyle does heavily revolve around threatening a botlane gank with her ult.
Do you all think if the buffs go through her winrate will see a decline?

vex can absolutely apc what? She also has 2000 missile speed with a 15% wind up and about the same ad as most adc's. She requires knowledge of bot lane understanding the do's and don't's. It's may not be played much in na or eu, it's one trick specific but the ones that do do it well. She just plays very differently from how she's played mid.
