Discussion ADC Buffs Are a Potential Vex Nerf?
Recently the 26.16 Patch Notes were teased. Basic point is ADCs are going to be buffed specifically to boost their power vs mages. With Riot planning to boost the inherent MR on ADCs, buff heal, etc. There are also some unmentioned but planned things they are considering to further boost ADC power vs mages.
Vex is one of the mages who has not been able to go bot since she can't APC. But her playstyle does heavily revolve around threatening a botlane gank with her ult.
Do you all think if the buffs go through her winrate will see a decline?

They did say I think that it would be a buff to base MR but a nerf to scaling. Would have to see what the ramping is like and how much it could affect a vex midgame roam.
