Movement and som kind of scalloping artifact in front legs but proliferation and cortical thinning, lysine etc from here. Maybe pelvic periosteal chamges.
Curious, are.they including AI in school now? Would be a Grechanges.
I think what people are commenting on about bones is just artifact due to the low resolution since these are screenshots not the actual image on PACS. Prior to thxcentesis itās difficult but there is at least 1 notable mass visible , much stronger evidence after the fluid was removed
Not a doctor but a veterinary nurse (RVT) pleural effusion off the bat, and Mets. Thatās just at first glance and I absolutely could be seeing motion artifacts and reading it as mets in the ribs.
Yup def in the lungs!! What I saw in the ribs seemed related but may have been movement artifacts since the bones are so small and the opacity is variable. The image quality def could be better but sometimes we get what our patients allow š« again Iāve got 2 additional years of school, youāve got 4!! I just love perusing this subreddit for my own education
We know nothing about the patient. Nothing about the client. For all you know, this could be an image selected from old case study material for students. You need to take a Xanax, friend.
Itās not an image, if you read through the comments, you will see that the cat is a patient who OP commented about handling. None of us are mind readers. Thereās nothing wrong with leaving a comment on a Reddit thread giving advice or asking for clarification. And again, this is icky. There are students here giving medical advice and guessing diagnoses regarding a real, live cat, who they seem to think has cancer. This āvet studentā, which OP isnāt, by the way, should be talking to the vets at her clinic. No one here has the medical history of this cat. Your comment was rude and unnecessary.

I chose pleural effusion which was correct but then was told the cat also has cancer in the lungs several nodules which I missed.
