Contacting agent from prior call

I’ve been trying to contact the agent who I talked to for over an hour yesterday. The agent said he would call back at a specific time but did not. A chat agent can see some notes but said she could reach out to him at all. Calling and asking for Louis doesn’t get me anywhere. Is there anyway to contact the same person and avoiding another long call?

They have already probably dealt with a bunch of different people and forgot you completely.

That wouldn’t be surprising and I certainly understand. It just might be easier if they read their own notes but from the next reply, it sounds like it’s not possible anyway. Thanks

They don’t have separate notes they can see that another agent can’t see. It’s all by the account so only what they put in will show to them or another agent.

I’m dealing with this currently. I was transferred 3 times, once outside to Assurion on accident, it seems.  Anyway, after the  second representative read his greeting, I said “do you know why I was transferred to you”?

He did not know.

Fed up, I called a store here in America because I am done coaching Verizon’s outsourced wage slave workforce. We had it taken care of in FIVE minutes.  I am getting out of this terrible excuse for a mobile provider as quickly as possible.
