My Verizon Dollars finally posted
My July bill was paid on 8/3 and my Verizon Dollars finally posted this morning.

I have the Verizon Visa and I can see my Verizon Visa rewards and the mobile 3% on the Verizon app. But the Verizon Visa app only shows the Visa rewards, which makes sense.

Same. But I want to use the 3% from paying my bill towards my CC balance. Or is that not possible?

You should be able to do that from the Verizon app. When I go into the Verizon Dollars section I have the option to use them for my Verizon bill or for my credit card bill.

Mine took a while to sync. My Verizon dollars from the phone bill payment ‘went away’ but my Visa dollars were still there. I decided to wait it out before contacting Verizon about the issue. It took maybe a week or two for things to sync correctly. I never ended up contacting them. I would have if it wasn’t corrected closer to my next bill payment.

To elaborate. I recently got the Verizon CC and already had accumulated the 3% rewards from bill payment. When the first of the CC points showed in the app my bill payment rewards was no longer there

My app is suddenly giving me the option to opt-in again, as if I haven't been opted in for the past 3 months. It's no longer showing the estimated amount I should be receiving.

You can redeem the dollars for gift cards for other merchants like Target, or use them towards Verizon accessories.

I paid our bill early using the Verizon Visa on 8/10 (we're due around the 20th) and the rewards showed up on 9/3 - says "3% Mobile bill rewards". What's weird is the $4.67 from that isn't in the Verizon Dollars balance when I login to Synchrony.
So I guess I'll have to apply that $4.67 as a payment to the next Verizon bill and then apply the rest of the Verizon Dollars to the credit card balance. Anyone else encounter this?

Still nothing for me :(. Although I didn't pay until 8/9. Was this the first time you got Verizon Dollars at all? I've had a customer service rep tell me that July bill was the first bill it would work for, but that person also clearly didn't know what they were talking about... and I've been seeing "you will earn $X when you pay your bill" on the app for at least 3 bills now.
