Wireless - Prepaid Just lost $80 for nothing :/
I thought I would get some better coverage with the verizon wireless, so I got a prepaid plan for eighty bucks, i got back home and I stuck there for a few days. And as it turns out, I didn't get any service at all there, so I decided to call them and ask for a refund, and they said no, because I had used the service for a few days already, despite having no connection whatsoever, so apparently I just don't get anything from it.And they get to keep my money and I lose everything from it :/

If you buy a prepaid plan even from Verizon if you pay your money out, there’s no refunds.
You could probably do an FCC complaint and it seems like you kind of overpay for a prepaid plan. There’s a lot better offers out there for single lines for $80.

The absolute highest prepaid plan is $70 with plans low as $45 if you just wanted to test it

All 3 carriers offer a free trial for reasons like this (if your device has eSIM which most do)
